Shipping Policy

Delivery usually takes 5–7 days or as per the agreed timeline. HULULU BRAND is not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services.

All shoe boxes will be sealed with HULULU brand tape. Please accept the package only if the brand tape is wrapped.

₹50 advance is non-refundable in case of undelivered orders or cancellations. Advance paid on double orders is also non-refundable. Any kind of advances are non-refundable for COD orders.

For prepaid orders which are undelivered we will take ₹100 shipping charges for redelivery.
